Since 1992, Historic Market Street in Corning, New York has served as a unique backdrop for a juried two-day summer celebration of the arts, a festival of art. The centerpiece of a festival of art is the fine arts and crafts show that features handcrafted work, complimented by live entertainment and hands-on activities for children.
